By using www.tandhyajico.com and placing an order you agree to these terms. All prices are in GBP. A contract is formed when your order is dispatched. You must be 18 or over to purchase. Always check allergen information on the label before use - our products contain peanuts and locust beans. All content on this site belongs to T&H Yaji Spices. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. To return an item email contact@tandhyajico.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photo - we will replace or refund in full.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge before dispatch by emailing contact@tandhyajico.com with your order number. Once dispatched your order cannot be cancelled - please refer to our Return Policy. Approved cancellations are refunded in full within 14 days. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery takes 2 -3 working days after dispatch. Standard shipping is £2.80. A tracking number will be emailed on dispatch. Lost or damaged orders must be reported to contact@tandhyajico.com within 48 hours of expected delivery.
